Cookie Time | Christmas Cookies: The Delivery Period

Delivering cookies and collecting payment.

Delivery time is very busy so it's important that you are organised and ideally have someone on standby ready to jump in and lend a hand if necessary. This helper can drive the car and carry buckets for you but they should not communicate with or receive any money from customers, as no specific Christmas Cookies training has been given to them.

During the delivery period you will fax out order confirmations to all your customers to confirm their orders and remind them of the date you will be delivering their cookies. This ensures your sales are maximised, time wasting is minimised and when you return with their cookies a smooth transaction can take place. The key is to be organised!

During the delivery period you will experience people cancelling orders as well as ordering more cookies - this is a balancing act that you need to manage. You also need to manage the money that you collect from your customers. Any money you collect one day needs to be banked the next day and you need to inform Cookie Time of the amount you have banked. You must stay on top of your paperwork!

Delivery is full-on but customers are always excited to see you again and to get their cookies. As long as you stay organised, work hard and follow the correct process, it will all come together nicely!

Cookie deliveries finish on 24th December. Once all your deliveries are made and all your customers are happy, it's then a matter of tidying up any loose ends and making sure your account with Cookie Time is settled... then it's time to celebrate what you have learnt and earned over this full-on six weeks!

At the training conference you will learn heaps and we'll give you all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in selling Christmas Cookies - after all, your success is our success!
